EIS in an emergency provider for items like formula, diapers, clothing, and more. Our services focus on meeting the needs of children five and under, and pregnant women. If you have children over the age of 5 or need assistance with something we do not provide, we may be able to connect you with other resources in the community.

The EIS team is serving families at El Centro, located at 1801 S Garnett Rd Tulsa, OK 74128.

This location provides Express Visits (diapers, wipes, and formula) to help meet the
essential needs of families in our community.

Open for Services: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For first-time visits: please bring a photo ID for yourself and identification for your child
(i.e. birth certificate, vaccination records, hospital footprints.)
Social Security cards cannot be accepted.

Returning visitors only need their own ID.
