Bill Andoe recently joined Emergency Infant Services as Executive Director. He has years of nonprofit managment experience serving on boards and in organizational leadership. Bill is passionate about helping children in need in our community and brings forth a collaborative leadership style and vision to continue the great legacy of EIS serving the littlest in need in the Tulsa area. Bill will also help the organization achieve many new goals, including moving EIS to its new location in 2019. Prior to joining Emergency Infant Services, Bill served in leadership roles at the bART Center for Music, Cherokee Nation, and Holland Hall. He is an active member of Leadership Oklahoma and a graduate of Northeaster State University and Louisiana Tech University. He is a native Tulsan. Bill and his wife Tracy reside in east Tulsa and enjoy gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Mary Ellen Evans
Director of Development
Mary Ellen Evans joined Emergency Infant Services ten years ago where she oversees all aspects of EIS’s financial development and works closely with the Development Team to execute fundraising activities. She works directly with the Board Development Committee, is a member of the Executive Management team and serves as the immediate back-up to the Executive Director.
Mary Ellen has worked in leadership roles for non-profits for more than twenty years. Prior to moving to Tulsa, she was the Executive Director of an inner-city children’s non-profit in Des Moines, IA. She graduated from the University of Kansas, is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and serves on the Mission Committee of Faith United Methodist Church.
Mary Ellen has three daughters and three grandchildren.
